About this role

We’re currently hiring a Bilingual Inside Sales Account Manager to join our client’s fast growing team. This role works in partnership with the Field Sales team to provide and efficient and convenient means to gain and roll-out new customers. The Account Manager is also responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts within Quebec and the Maritimes territory area.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and maintain national accounts by managing customer relationships at the site level and working in collaboration with Field Sales to gain new national accounts.
  • Grow share-of-wallet from existing accounts through active account management, by maintaining regular contact, and building customer intimacy through educating and selling.
  • Develop and tailor sales proposals and presentations to communicate the PCLI’s product service offering in collaboration with the Field Sales.
  • Collaborate with Field Sales partners to develop account plans to grow share of wallet with current customers and gain new business.
  • Coordinate new customer setup, site roll-outs and fulfillment of deliverables outlined in the contract.
  • Build and maintain solid customer relations that protects and/or expands existing accounts by actively collaborating with to ensure seamless account coverage.
  • Respond swiftly and courteously to customer inquiries and coordinate to help resolve customer complaints with internal stakeholders.
  • Operate the CRM (SalesForce.com) system to ensure authentic information are captured for prospects in the sales funnel and customer accounts including creation of value files.
  • Develop and implement targeted account plans to achieve goals.
  • Measure, analyze and course correct performance – move things forward. Monitor progress towards monthly sales targets for assigned territory and distributors for any deviation from targets.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one year sales administration experience.
  • Successful business-to-business sales experience is preferred.
  • Minimum post-secondary diploma.
  • University Degree is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
  • Focused on customer needs.
  • Solid relationship building skills and effective team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with sound decision making skills.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong business literacy and acumen.
  • Good negotiator.
